The Nine Typical Shapes
Discs (圆盘)
Flat forged circles for flange blanks, gear blanks, blinds and pressure-part components. Supplied as-forged or proof-machined for UT testing.
Rings / Sleeves (环/套筒)
Forged rings and hollow sleeves for bearings seats, bushings, flanges and machined components — punched or bored to your ID requirement.
Single Hubs (单轮毂)
Single-hub forgings — a disc with one extended boss — for weld hubs, gear blanks and flange adapters.
Double Hubs (双轮毂)
Double-hub forgings with bosses on both faces, used in sprockets, pulleys and heavier flange assemblies.
Single Step Down Shaft (单阶梯轴)
One-step forged shafts for spindles, rolls, drive shafts and pinions — rough machined with allowance for final turning and grinding.
Double Step Down Shaft (双阶梯轴)
Multi-step forged shafts for more complex rotating equipment — supplied with heat treatment and mechanical test results per grade.
Round Bars (圆钢)
Forged round bars in diameters beyond mill rolling limits — ideal when rolled bar is unavailable in your diameter or grade.
Square Bars (方钢)
Forged square sections for heavy tooling, dies and machinery parts where rolled sizes don't reach.
Rectangular Bars / Flat Bars (扁钢)
Forged flats and rectangles for blocks, holders, tooling plates and heavy sections — cut to your length.
Grades & Heat Treatment
Common grades: 1045, 4140, 4340, 4130, 8620, A36, Q235B, Q355B — other grades per drawing. Heat treatment available before shipment: normalizing, quench & temper, with mechanical test results (yield, tensile, impact, hardness) on the EN 10204 3.1 certificate.
